Zurovac: The Code in the Braille Alphabet helps in reaching equality.

The Council for the Press and Online Media in Bosnia and Herzegovina recently published a brochure of the Press and Online Media Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the Braille Alphabet with instructions for filing complaints against print and online media.

This is the first time that a self-regulatory body in the Western Balkans and Southeast Europe has decided to print the Code in the Braille Alphabet.

Director of the Press Council Ljiljana Zurovac said in an interview with FENA that the need for this code, which is specifically printed for blind and visually impaired persons, has been recognized during the workshops and seminars that were intended for them, which covered the media and media reporting on this population.
