Compliance failures established at 14 hydropower plants in RS.

There are some 40 hydropower plants in operation in RS that do possess the water management permit, which is a prerequisite for obtaining the operational permit.

The water management consent to the project documentation has been obtained by 62 hydropower plants, of which 14 are in the final stage of construction.

Also, a smaller number of plants currently hold only concession contracts, and a number of contracts have been terminated.
