Judgment upheld in Lejla DautbaA!iA case for the criminal offense of fraud.

On 19 September 2018, the Appellate Division Panel of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina sent out an appeals judgment in the case of the accused Lejla DautbaA!ic, dismissing as ill-founded the appeal filed by defense counsel, and upholding the trial judgment of the Court of BiH delivered on 25 January 2018.
