CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OF BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA

DECISION

Having regard to Article VI.3 (b) of the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Articles 54 and 60 of the Rules of Procedure of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at its session held on 22 and 23 June 2001, adopted the following

DECISION

The appeal of Mr. R. G., from Gornji Orahovci, Prijedor Municipality, against the judgment of the County Court Banja Luka No. U-201/99 of 24 March 2000 is rejected.
